What is N&P's Privacy Policy?
We only collect data from you with your permission.
No personal data is collected from you without you knowing about it. For instance, if you fill in an online contact form, we will ask you if would like us to share your information with other companies.
We use some of the data we gather from this website to help us improve the service we offer our customers, but this never contains any personal details at all.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer via your web browser when you visit some websites. We use cookies on different parts of this site.
These cookies store your information for the next time you visit this site, meaning you don't have to put your details in each time, and improving the service we provide.
If you want to block these cookies, the instructions or help screen on your internet browser will show you how. For more information on cookies, see the All About Cookies site. Remember - where there's a link from this site to another relevant site, our Privacy Policy cannot apply to the other site.
Is my personal information treated confidentially?
We take great pains to protect your privacy.
We treat all your personal information as private and confidential, and will not give any details about you or your accounts to anyone else unless we have your consent, or for legal reasons.
We may share your information with other organisations to protect both N&P and our customers against theft and fraud, and to prevent money laundering.
Can I be certain that online banking is absolutely secure?
You can with N&P.
You are given a unique customer number and a password. When you use the service for the first time you will be required to change this password for one that's more easily remembered - but don't write it down or make it too obvious, so that someone else could guess it.
