How much can you borrow?

  • You can borrow up to 75% of the purchase price.

Payment Holidays

  • You may need to miss a few payments or pay less some months. This is fine by us, as long as you have already overpaid enough to cover the missing amounts. We will ask you to complete a form to let us know exactly what you wish to do and for how long.

Minimum Mortgage

  • The minimum advance is £35,000

Our Charges

  • The Bayview Terraces & Nelson View 3 year discounted rate mortgage includes a product fee of £495. You can either pay this fee up front or add it to your mortgage.

Early Repayment

  • You can pay off your mortgage early whenever you want, but you could face a charge if you repay all or part of your mortgage, within the discounted rate period.
  • You have the option of repaying up to 10% (or £10,000, whichever is lower) per annum without penalty.
