WHAT INTEREST IS CHARGED?
  • Your mortgage interest rate may rise and fall in accordance with market conditions during the mortgage term.
  • Your monthly payment amount will only change once a year under our annual review procedure.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU BORROW?
  • Up to 80% of our mortgage valuation of the property or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
PAYMENT HOLIDAYS AND PAY-LESS OPTIONS
  • You may need to skip a few payments or pay a bit less some months. This is fine by us as long as you've already overpaid enough to cover the missing amounts. We'll ask you to fill in a form to set out exactly what you want to do and for how long.
MINIMUM ADVANCE
  • The standard minimum advance is £20,000.
EARLY REPAYMENT
  • You can pay off your mortgage early whenever you want, but an early repayment charge may be payable.
  • You have the option of repaying up to 10% (or £10,000, whichever is lower) per annum without penalty.
